The International Centre for Coaching and Leadership Development at Oxford Brookes University has an international reputation for being one of the leading academic centres for coaching and mentoring.

Our core activity is providing high quality, state of the art education for coaches and mentors at master's and Doctoral level.

Our expert team carries out teaching and research to the highest standards. We offer excellent links with businesses, who provide executive and leadership coaching, coaching supervision and coaching consultancy and evaluation programmes for our students. On top of these, we also offer customised in-house coaching and mentoring programmes.

We are committed to disseminating knowledge and adding value for the coaching and mentoring community. We do this by hosting:

• monthly professional networking events through OBCAMS (Oxford Brookes Coaching and Mentoring Society)
• two annual conferences, one focusing on Research and one on Coaching and Mentoring Supervision
• an open access, peer reviewed journal – The International Journal of Evidence Based Coaching and Mentoring
• short courses for continuing professional development
