8th Annual Coaching and Mentoring Research Conference

Each year the Annual Coaching and Mentoring Research Conference aims to showcase postgraduate research in the fields of coaching and mentoring.

The focus is on research methodologies and findings, and exploring how research can contribute to better practice in the field. This year, the 8th Annual Coaching and Mentoring Research Conference took place on Thursday 19th January 2012, in the Postgraduate Centre of our Wheatley Campus.

Visiting Professor David Clutterbuck opened the conference with a keynote presentation on research in coaching and mentoring. The day continued with 18 presentations, of which many can be downloaded using the links below.

We received great feedback from those whom attended, with many enjoying the variety of informative presentations, as well as the opportunity to network and connect with others in similar fields of research.
