Oxford Brookes offers extensive meeting and catering facilities across three campuses close to Oxford city centre. Our dedicated team will be happy to manage your event from beginning to end, tailoring our services to your specific needs.


Thanks to its central location, Oxford is well served by road and rail networks and has excellent links with London and its airports. It is famous as a city of stunning architecture, academic excellence and cultural richness and with its many museums, theatres, parks, shops, restaurants and pubs it is also a vibrant and cosmopolitan city.

Meeting Rooms

We have extensive meeting and teaching spaces available at four sites across Oxford, in Headington, Marston, Harcourt Hill and Wheatley. These rooms can be used individually or joined together to form a bespoke suite of rooms for a number of purposes. Sizes range from smaller meeting rooms for 20 people through to larger lecture theatres for up to 360 delegates.

All rooms are of a high standard and equipped with audio visual facilities including wireless internet access, data projectors and screens, PCs and DVD players.


Our Catering Services team are committed to providing outstanding food for events of all types. Our flexible approach means that we work with you to create menus that are right for your event and we take pride in offering the best possible quality and service.
